Uncle Bob is a fascinating character, having started his broadcasting career in Bloomington, IN and later making his way to Yuma, AZ where he served as a local television hero, country music entertainer and beloved professor at Arizona Western College. A close friend of Grand Ole Opry band member Joe Edwards (who produced Hardy’s solo LPs), Bob made his way onto the Opry stage a few times over the years.
